Villa Sunshine is a modern four bedroom property with incredible panoramic views over the tranquil azure waters of the Gulf of Thailand. This exceptional villa is built over three levels. The main living area located on the first floor has sliding glass walls on the front and back, which allow the sea breeze to flow through the house. The state-of-the art fitted kitchen is fully equipped, and separated from the lounge by a large breakfast bar. The 10 x 15m swimming pool is also located on this level.
The second floor accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, all of which are air conditioned and have featuring sliding glass walls that open onto a balcony and integrating the sea views. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub with a separate rain shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Kind bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and can be closed as a 2 bedroom suite.
