This unique villa is perfectly located near the Big Buddha, north of Chaweng Beach in the prime NE of Samui. Just 10 minutes to world famous Chaweng with its beautiful beach, vibrant nightlife, entertainment, shopping and restaurants. The villa is also minutes away from Choeng Mon Beach, another of Samui’s most popular beaches, popular with families and children. It is also just 15 minutes to the charming sea-view restaurants of Fisherman’s Village.
With its convenient location, you can be at ‘home’ within just 10 minutes of arriving at Samui airport. A luxury boutique resort is next door and another 5-star resort is within walking distance (100 metres) along the beach.

Payment Terms:
Upon making a reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is required 30 days prior to arrival, or 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Year bookings. If a booking is confirmed less than 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Year bookings, full payment is therefore required.
The following cancellation charges are applicable:
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival date: all payments are forfeited.
- Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival date: cancellation charge = deposit + 60% of balance
- Cancellation 60-90 days before arrival date: cancellation charge = deposit + 30% of balance
- Cancellation 90 or more days before arrival date: cancellation charge = deposit
The following cancellation charges are applicable for Christmas and New Year bookings:
- Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival date: all payments are forfeited.
- Cancellation 60-90 days before arrival date: cancellation charge = deposit + 50% of balance
- Cancellation 90 or more days before arrival date: cancellation charge = deposit
A booking is deemed cancelled if the balance payment is not received in full by the due date and the charges above will apply. If the dates of the booking are changed, this may also be regarded as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply at the discretion of the villa owner. No refund is available for early departure. Acceptance of any change to a booking is at the discretion of the villa owner.
The owner is not responsible to guests or their party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property or facilities. Guests should be covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property, medical and accident insurance including full local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).
